Mary Mel Family Farm

Our Mission

At Mary Mel Family Farm, our mission is to steward the land with care, raise animals with dignity, and grow nutrient-rich food that nourishes both body and soul. Rooted in tradition and sustainability, we are committed to regenerative farming practices that restore the soil, promote biodiversity, and provide wholesome, chemical-free food for our community. More than a farm, we are a family legacy—built on integrity, resilience, and love—ensuring that future generations inherit a healthier, more vibrant earth.

We're excited you're here!

Mary Mel Family Farm began as a promise to our children—to steward the land, nurture animals with care, and grow nutrient-rich food. What started as a small homestead in Georgia grew into a thriving farm as friends and neighbors sought out our produce. Named after our four children, including our late daughter Mary Katherine, our farm is a legacy of love, resilience, and sustainability. In 2021, we moved to North Carolina to expand our dream, restoring family farmland with regenerative practices that enhance soil health and biodiversity. We believe in raising happy, pasture-raised animals and growing food without synthetic pesticides or GMOs—farming as it should be. More than a business, Mary Mel Family Farm is a commitment to future generations, rooted in tradition, integrity, and care for the earth. We invite you to be part of this journey.

Family, Sustainability, Tradition

What We Do

At Mary Mel Family Farm, we raise pasture-raised pork, grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken, farm-fresh eggs, seasonal vegetables, and handmade canned goods—all grown with care and integrity. Our farm is built on regenerative practices, prioritizing soil health, animal welfare, and sustainable food production. We never use synthetic pesticides or GMOs, ensuring everything we produce is as pure and wholesome as nature intended. More than just a farm, we are a family legacy, committed to nourishing our community and caring for the land for generations to come.
